Welcome to UrbexWorld. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Who can use UrbexWorld
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use UrbexWorld. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are responsible for keeping your account secure.
2. User-generated content
UrbexWorld lets you add locations, write reviews and blog posts, comment, and chat with other explorers. You are solely responsible for the content you post. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant UrbexWorld a licence to display and distribute it within the app.
3. What you may not post
- Harassment, bullying, threats or hate speech toward any person or group.
- Sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise offensive material.
- Spam, scams, misleading information, or advertising.
- Content that is illegal or that encourages illegal or dangerous activity.
- Personal information about others without their consent.
4. Reporting and moderation
You can report any message, review, blog post or user directly in the app. Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours, and content that violates these terms is removed. You can also block any user; blocked users' content is hidden from you immediately. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion to keep the community safe.
5. Exploring responsibly
Urban exploration can be dangerous and may involve trespassing. UrbexWorld provides information shared by its community but does not encourage you to enter any location unlawfully or unsafely. You explore entirely at your own risk. Always respect private property, local laws, and your own safety. UrbexWorld is not liable for any injury, damage or legal consequence resulting from your use of the information in the app.
6. Premium subscriptions
UrbexWorld offers optional premium subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
7. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app. This permanently removes your profile, reviews, blog posts and chat messages. Locations you contributed remain in the app for the benefit of the community.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
