Welcome to ReWear. These Terms of Use apply to the ReWear app, developed by VDK Software (Marijn van de Kraats, the Netherlands). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you downloaded ReWear from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
1. Who can use ReWear
You must be at least 13 years old to use ReWear. You need an account with a valid email address and are responsible for keeping your password safe.
2. Free plan and ReWear Premium
- The free plan lets you track up to and including 10 items.
- ReWear Premium is an optional monthly auto-renewing subscription that removes this limit. The price is shown in the app before you buy and may differ per country.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- Deleting the app or your ReWear account does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies.
- If Premium ends, your items stay in your closet, but you cannot add new items while you have more than 10.
3. Your content
The items, notes and photos you add remain yours. You allow us to store and process them only to provide the app to you. They are never shown to other users.
4. Acceptable use
Use ReWear only to keep track of your own clothing. Do not upload unlawful content, and do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
5. No guarantees
ReWear gives reminders and suggestions about when to wash clothing. Always follow the care label of your garment. The app is provided "as is"; we do our best to keep it working and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, VDK Software is not liable for indirect damage or for damage to clothing. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
7. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app. This permanently removes your account, items, photos and history. See the Privacy Policy for details.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
